Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products and services provided by Siri9 ("Siri9", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You will not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt our services.
- You will not access the services through unauthorized means.
Engagements & Deliverables
Specific scope, timelines, fees and acceptance criteria for any engagement are defined in a separate statement of work or proposal, which together with these Terms forms the agreement between the parties.
Intellectual Property
Ownership and licensing of deliverables, pre-existing materials and third-party components are governed by the applicable statement of work. Siri9 retains rights to its general know-how, tools and reusable frameworks.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other party's confidential information and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement, subject to any separate non-disclosure agreement.
Fees & Payment
Fees, invoicing schedules and payment terms are set out in the relevant proposal or statement of work. Late payments may be subject to interest as permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siri9's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the services is limited as set out in the applicable agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable statement of work. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Siri9 is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Jurisdiction to be confirmed by counsel.]
