What is business software maintenance?
Business software maintenance means monitoring, backing up, fixing and further developing your custom software after handover. Siri9 takes over even when the original developers are gone, transparent via tickets.
How much does software management cost per month?
Monthly fee per asset: Landing page 1,000,000 VND, Info website 3,000,000 VND, Mini app 3,500,000 VND, Website with orders 4,000,000 VND, Web app 4,000,000 VND, Mobile app 4,500,000 VND. From the 2nd asset onward: 10% off the fee of each additional asset. Bug fixes & new features: hourly, quoted upfront. Managed in the Service Portal. No setup fee, no minimum term.
What’s included vs billed separately?
Simple compass: KEEPING the system running as-is (ops, monitoring, backup, routine deploys, security patching) is included; CHANGING it (new features, major upgrades, migration) is quoted and billed separately, always estimated first.
Do you manage mobile apps (iOS/Android)?
Yes, including safekeeping the Android keystore & iOS certs, and submitting routine updates to the App Store / Google Play.
Is it safe to grant source & asset access?
We sign an NDA, use least-privilege access, keep an audit log, and never touch anything beyond the granted scope. Ownership and control always remain yours.
Do you take on code from another team or an unusual stack?
Yes. We audit first, read and understand the code, then operate it; in parallel we rebuild documentation so there’s no single-person dependency.
Are bug fixes charged?
Bugs Siri9 itself caused in recent work: fixed free (warranty). Other fixes are hourly, always quoted before we start.
What about domain, hosting, licenses, store accounts?
Third-party costs you pay directly and are itemized; Siri9 handles the operational effort, renewals and configuration.
How does the contract work? What if I stop?
No minimum term and no setup fee. You pay month to month; to stop, give one cycle’s notice. No exit fee: we hand over the final backup, the asset registry and remove Siri9’s access.
