Bug fixing & feature development services

Refine and upgrade
your business systems

For the digital assets Siri9 manages, you open a ticket in the service portal to request a bug fix or a new feature. Each ticket is quoted upfront, we only start once you approve, and you settle once at month-end in the periodic report.

Not sure which type your request is? Just open a ticket, Siri9 classifies it and quotes.

Ad-hoc dev help, usually murky on money

Vague quotes, constant overruns

Freelancers and one-off hires tend to quote loosely, then costs creep up along the way.

You learn the price only after

Many start first and settle the bill last, leaving you without control.

No trail, hard to reconcile

Nothing records what was done or what it cost, month-end reconciliation gets messy.

Clear from the quote, all the way to payment

A quote before any workEvery ticket is estimated and clearly quoted; you know the cost before you approve.
You control the spendWhatever ticket you approve is what we do and bill, you pay only for what you agreed to.
A backup before every changeWe always back up and can roll back before touching anything, safe if we need to revert.
Root-cause fix, regression-testedWe diagnose the real root cause (no surface patches), run regression tests so nothing else breaks, then deploy.
Progress & chat on the ticketEvery message and status lives on the ticket, you can follow along anytime.
One month-end settlementApproved tickets are combined and reconciled in the periodic report, one payment, no hidden fees.
Real people receive it,

Real people receive it, real people handle it

Every ticket is read, estimated and handled by a real technical team. Not an automated inbox. You always know who is working on your request and talk to them right on the ticket.

  • Developers read and estimate every ticket
  • QA tests thoroughly before release
  • One point of contact throughout, via the ticket

Four steps price first, approve, then we build

You prepare:Sign in to the portal (for assets under management).

You prepare:Review the quote, ask questions if needed.
3
Step 3

Approve & build

Siri9 does:Once you approve, Siri9 starts: diagnose the root cause, fix, regression-test and document the change. You track progress right on the ticket.
You prepare:Approve the ticket you want done.

Step 4

Settle at month-end

Siri9 does:Approved tickets are combined into one month-end payment, with the periodic report.
You prepare:Reconcile the report and pay.

Billed per ticket, only what you approved

Each request is quoted by scope; whichever ticket you approve is what we do and bill. At month-end, approved tickets are combined into a single payment with a clear reconciliation report, no hidden fees, no surprise invoices.

What is ticket-based bug fixing and feature development?

Ticket-based bug fixing and feature development is how you request fixes or new functions for assets Siri9 manages: quoted upfront, started only after your approval, settled in one month-end payment.

What’s the difference between a fix and a feature?

A fix restores existing behavior; a feature adds new capability. Both go through tickets and are quoted before any work.

Do you fix the root cause or just patch symptoms?

We diagnose the actual root cause before fixing, with regression tests. Not a surface patch. The goal is no recurrence and no new bugs introduced.

How are critical, business-blocking bugs handled?

Tickets are triaged by severity; critical bugs are prioritized and move to the front of the queue.

Is there a charge if I don’t approve a quote?

No. Assessing and quoting is free, Siri9 only bills once you approve the ticket.

Do you charge for bugs Siri9 caused?

No, bugs Siri9 itself introduced in recent work are covered by warranty and fixed free.

Do large jobs (re-architecture, migration) go through tickets?

No. Large jobs become their own project, quoted and accepted per project so you keep tighter control of scope and cost.

Is it safe for Siri9 to touch my system?

Yes: NDA signed, least-privilege access, a restorable backup before every change, and testing before release.

What’s in the management plan vs billed here?

Keeping the system running as-is (ops, monitoring, security patching) is in the management plan. CHANGING it (larger fixes, new features) goes through tickets and is billed separately.

Who owns the code Siri9 writes?

Yours. The code lives in your repository; when needed, Siri9 hands over cleanly and removes its access.

Something to fix or a feature to add?

Open a ticket. Price first, approve, then we build.
